Users that redeem a gift card to purchase the game will be asked for an email in order to confirm a serial number and PIN. The email will be either deleted after confirmation or kept in a secure file for re-authorization purposes only.

Electronic Newsletter Subscription

PrincessBrideGame.com offers users the opportunity to sign up to receive a newsletter by email. When a user asks to receive our email newsletter, they must submit his or her birth date and email. If the user is 13 years old or younger, they must also submit a parent or guardian’s email. Any email correspondence will be sent to the child and parent or guardian. The parent then has the option to have the child's information be removed from our newsletter database at any time by following the "unsubscribe" instructions found at the end of any of the Princess Bride Game newsletter emails.

Customer Service

Princess Bride Game customers may contact us with their questions about the game and our site through a ticket submission form. In order to access the form, users must register by submitting their birth date and email. If the user is 13 years old or younger, they must also submit a parent or guardian’s email when registering. Any email correspondence with our support team will be sent to the child and parent or guardian. An email will also be sent to verify registration.

When submitting a support ticket, users may submit their name, however it is not required. We may also ask for additional non-personal information to better help us respond to customer service questions. Emails from anyone under the age of 13 will be deleted once the issue has been resolved and the support ticket has been closed.
